Hi mom! and Family! and whoever else may read this email! I have arrived safely in mexico and begin training tomorrow! I cannot tell you how excited i am to be here! There was over 30 missionarys on my flight alone and they said 110 arriving today! The work is so true, it will roll forth like a stone cut out of the mountain without hands.
So, quick story, on the plane ride to mexico, a man sitting close to me started asking about the church and so me and another elder answered questions. as it turned out he was a non denominal christian and was a speacker for christianity in his own faith. Although we didnt agree on docterine points we where able to have a considerate conversation about christ. He actually beleived in the same basic things that we do but didnt seam to understand that his beleifs where actually in line with the churches. Luckily we both ended on a good note and i felt and beleive he felt the spirit. Hopefully i was respectfull and he will maybe have changed some of his misconceptions on the church :)
Anyways, i must go, we have lots to do! But, here is my address and stuff!

Kieran and Krista have been dating for about a year.  They have both decided to serve missions and put their relationship on hold.  Kieran is going to Alabama, Birmingham speaking Spanish and headed to the MTC in Mexico City on June 25, 2014.  Krista will serve in Indiana, Indianapolis leaving for the Provo MTC on October 8, 2014.  The are amazing and I am so proud of them for their unselfish choice to serve God!!

Mission Farewell

June 15, 2014
Kieran talked on obedience in our Jordan River Ward. He told about an experience he had while reading Jarom 1:9 that made him decide that it was time to get ready for a mission and soon! He also talked about the first sacrament meeting tolk he ever gave when he lost his notes and had to "wing" it. We had many family and friends to Olympic Park for baked potato bar after.  Thanks to all for you love and support!
